This guide will teach you how to make flowers with your own hands step by step. Beautiful roses to decorate your interior.

Step 1 – How to Make Flowers
Take a piece of foam rubber, form it into a hemisphere and wrap it around the wire. Leave a long “tail” of the wire.

Place the ribbon on the table with the tip facing down. Then fold the ribbon toward you and away diagonally to the right, as shown in the photo.

Turn the work counterclockwise by 45 degrees and repeat the sequence again, bending the tape toward you and then away diagonally to the right.

Repeat the sequence of folds and lapels two more times, remembering to turn the work 45 degrees counterclockwise each time. Turn the work over to the other side and bend the short end of the ribbon down.

Carefully place the corner with the short end of the tape under the bottom left corner of the workpiece.

Use a tailor’s pin to fasten the piece to the foam base. Then, bending the ribbon clockwise, spiralize it around the core of the flower. As you move away from the center, increase the length of the bend.

When you finish folding the flower, carefully remove it from the base, smear the wrong side of the flower with hot glue and reattach it to the base, securely bonding the two parts to each other.
Leaves: Fold the wide green ribbon beautifully in loops to form leaves. To keep the leaves from falling apart, tie them together with string.
Sew the rose to the leaves. Cut off the excess wire. Sew a brooch clasp to the back side.

How to Make Miniature Roses
You will need: satin ribbons 3-5 mm wide in several shades of pink-white or white-blue for roses and 2-3 ribbons in green in different shades for the leaves, thread with a needle, sartor pins, scissors, lighter or matches, clasp for a brooch.
Cut 15 cm of ribbon for the flower. Cut the ends obliquely so that the edges of the ribbon do not fall off. With about 1.5 cm from the edge, fold the ribbon and fasten it with thread, as shown in the photo.
The short end of the ribbon make 2-3 turns around the resulting corner to form a bud, then fix it with a tailor pin and fasten the bottom of the flower with two or three small stitches.
The long end of the ribbon twist into a loose spiral, as shown in the photo. With the twisted end of the ribbon, make several turns around the bud, and it is very important to secure each turn of the ribbon with a pin and thread.
Once the rose is formed, sew through the bottom of the flower, burn the end of the ribbon to avoid crumbling, then tuck it inside and secure it with thread. In the same way make six more roses.
Take some ribbons in green colors, fold them together and then make a loop, a “figure of eight” or lay them out in several beautiful loops, directed by folds in different directions.
Sew the roses together, placing one in the center and the rest around it.
Sew “bouquet” to the leaves, catching all the thread ribbons of the folded leaves.
Cut the excess ends of the leaves obliquely and burn to prevent the edges from crumbling.
Glue the bouquet to a gift, headband, clothing, or sew a brooch clasp to it.
