Trim ¼” (6mm) off the highest of a normal A2 card base (4¼” × 5½” [10.8cm × 14cm]). cardstock behind the slide.

Notch the highest middle of the cardboard with a 1″ (2.5cm) circle punch.

Draw a line ½” (1.3cm) in from the sting on all 4 sides of the entrance of the cardboard. Rating alongside the highest marked line. With a craft knife, reduce alongside the opposite three marked sides, leaving the scored line intact.

Adhere the back and front of the cardboard collectively, alongside the aspect and backside edges, making a pocket on the prime of the cardboard.

Create the tag by slicing a bit of sunshine blue cardstock to three” × 5¼” (7.6cm × 13.3cm). Subsequent, create a 1⁄2″ (1.3cm) circle tab and punch a gap in it with a normal sized gap punch. Adhere the circle tab to the highest of the cardstock.

Clip the underside two corners. Rating the tag ½” (1.3cm) from the underside edge.

Slide the tag into the cardboard base via the pocket. Fold the tag alongside the rating line, and cling the ½” (1cm) tab to the again of the underside fringe of the reduce panel of the cardboard base.

Reduce a bit of black cardstock to 23⁄4″ × 31⁄2″ (7cm × 9cm) and mat it with a bit of cream cardstock reduce to three” × 33⁄4″ (7.6cm × 9.5cm). Machine sew across the edges of the matted items, if desired. Adhere this piece to the underside half of the reduce panel on the entrance of the cardboard, lining up the underside edges.
